Human-Robot Sex Is The Future And Will Happen By Year 2050 – Scientists Claim

Nearly a decade later, the predictions about human-robot intimacy continue to spark debate among scientists, ethicists, and technologists worldwide.

Come December 2016, The second annual ‘International Congress on Love and Sex with Robots’ is going to convene at Goldsmiths University, London. The main point of discussion within the conference would be an analysis of Humanoid robot, robot emotions, their reactions to various feelings to situations. The main discussion will also revolve around ‘Teledildonics‘ ie, Human-Robot sex, or rather usage of the technology of robot technology for cyber sex toys.

The international congress of Human-Robot sex, as it is so called in common parlance, was started in 2014 at Madeira, with a combination of British scientists and AI experts. The congress has steadily gained interest across Europe over the years. The second congress was banned from happening in Malaysia, owing to an illegal nature on Human-Robot sex in their country.

Human-Robot sex has always been claimed to be our future. “I think robots could become our lovers in the future”, said Dr. Kate Devlin from Goldsmiths University.

She authored a rather controversial essay “In Defense of Sex Robots” which has been read by half a million people worldwide. A similar opinion is shared by Dr. David Levy, the author of the famous book “Love And Sex With Robots”, published towards the end of the last decade. “The idea about using sex robots isn’t so much different than using sex dolls, which many people find acceptable,” he says.

Futurists claim that Human-Robot sex will become a reality by 2050 when this form of sex will go on to exceed the chances of human-human sex altogether. They further predict that by 2030, common people will have access to some sort of virtual sexual intelligence, parallel to as what we have in porn today. A sex robot, therefore, becomes a reality. However, many scientists and thinkers, claim that Human-Robot sex will become humanity’s new addiction.

Robotic sex may become addictiveSexbots would always be available and could never say no, so addictions would be easy to feed.” – Joel Snell, A robotics expert from Kirkwood says.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will human-robot sex become common by 2050?

Scientists and futurists predict that human-robot intimacy could exceed human-human relationships by 2050. However, this depends on technological advancement, societal acceptance, and regulatory frameworks that are still being developed globally.

What is teledildonics and how does it work?

Teledildonics refers to the use of robot technology for cyber intimacy and remote sexual interaction. It combines haptic feedback, artificial intelligence, and robotics to simulate human connection and physical sensations between users or with humanoid robots.

What did Dr. Kate Devlin say about sex robots?

Dr. Kate Devlin from Goldsmiths University authored “In Defense of Sex Robots,” a controversial essay read by half a million people worldwide. She argues that robots could become our lovers in the future, comparing it to existing technology like sex dolls that society already accepts.

Why was the Malaysia International Congress on Love and Sex with Robots banned?

The second congress in Malaysia was banned because human-robot sex is considered illegal in that country. Different nations have varying laws and cultural norms regarding intimate technology, which impacts where such conferences can be held.

What is Dr. David Levy’s perspective on robot intimacy?

Dr. David Levy, author of “Love And Sex With Robots,” believes using sex robots isn’t fundamentally different from using sex dolls, which many people find acceptable. His research suggests society’s growing openness to intimate technology adoption in coming decades.
